Position Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers, warehouse and vendors regarding sample requests
  • Responsible for putting away swatch books and sample sheets
  • Assemble sample cabinets and sample orders
  • Order swatch books and sample sheets, fill sample requests, mockups and  promotion pieces
  • Answer phone calls and  take sample requests (via phone or email)
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma/GED is required
  • Proficient in computers – desktop, software, MS Office
  • Two (2) to 3 years experience in paper, printing or related industry is desired
  • Familiarity with paper properties, product lines and mills is desired
