Provides leadership and direction to the facility's customer relations representatives to ensure superior service. Interacts with the planning manufacturing shipping and sales organizations to ensure proper support is provided and to problem solve customer issues and solutions. Coaches and counsels representatives to enhance customer relationships and service. Manages all aspects of performance for the department including one-to-ones objective/goal setting CSAs and development plans. Typically hasmore than 8 years experience in customer relations with a minimum of 1 year supervisory or team leader experience.
