Financial data analysis, customer analysis, industry analysis and an understanding of worldwide accounting policies as well as economic evaluation to determine the company’s viability in terms of financial strength and lending capacity.
Oversee and performing reporting for a variety of finance related reporting that includes bad debt, BBC & P&L impact predictions
Compile month end reports and other reports that will be used for reporting numbers in helping prepare SEC financial reports for the company.
Prepare financial reporting using a variety of data resource for the finance group in analyzing customer, receivables, payables and other financial risk on a corporate and segment breakdown.
Ability to review current processes and provide feedback to management for streamline and optimization of work processes.
Must be able to handle high volume of work and meet tight deadlines and posses the ability to be action orientated.
Create risk scorecards through reporting tools and help the financial services group in controls around headcount, workload, budgeting and project management.
Provide financial adhoc reporting as needed to the Financial Shared Services group.
Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience:
Education: BA in Finance
Major or Specialty Area: Finance or Accounting
Certification Requirements: MBA or Masters in a finance related field desired.
Experience: 5+ years
Self-starter with strong teamwork skills and ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders across functional areas.
Excellent communication skills, including ability to tailor communication to the audience- e.g. executive and staff level.
Knowledgeable in data analytics, planning, and reporting.
Strong Experience with database environments a plus (Excel, Access, SQL, and Data Warehouse).
Experience with modeling income statements, balance sheets and cash flows a plus.
