SHIFT TIME: 7pm-3:30am
Overall scope and purpose of the job are performing warehousing tasks: such as receiving products, putting away product, picking product (filling orders), preparing product for shipment, general housekeeping, completing appropriate paperwork, operating equipment safely, and loading trucks with product.
Non-Essential Job Functions
The employee will perform other duties as assigned, such as assisting customers with loading will calls, delivering miscellaneous stock to employees inside the office area.
Work performed in unheated and/or un-air-conditioned warehouse. The employee may be exposed to cold, heat, damp, or humid conditions. The employee will work around moving machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The employee will be exposed to exhaust fumes and paper dust. Noise levels in work environment often loud.
Equipment, Tools, Devices Used To Perform All Functions Of Job
Electric and manual pallet jacks, order pickers, hand trucks, stand-up reaches, forklifts, Taylor Dunns, computers (RDT and VDT), laser guns, slip sheeter, roll grabbers, truck/trailer lift gates, loading ramps, dock plates and other equipment as assigned.
