Position Description

Job Summary and Scope:

Under minimal supervision, provide a variety of staff support services to a department or group of professionals. Requires independent thinking and ability to make independent decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of workload.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, amend and administer customer accounts on a daily basis.
  • Utilize various credit systems to help in fraud prevention of Credit Card accounts.
  • Support the analysts through reference & tax certificate detail verification.
  • Exhibit multitasking abilities by working on several different duties within the department.
  • Ability to work in a high workflow environment.
  • Administer programs, projects and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
  • Answer telephone calls & emails to resolve department and company related inquiries in regards to all credit related issues.
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.

Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience: 

  • High School Diploma / Associate or Degree beneficial(Finance or related field)
  • 2+ Years Experience
  • Proficient in excel and access is desirable.
  • Must be a self-starter, results driven and capable of working autonomously with limited supervision.
  • Meet deadlines by possessing strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Positive and professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with a variety of team members in various departments.
