Job Summary and Scope:
Position will lead a small team of business analysts to coordinate the IT functions necessary to on-board Veritiv vendors electronically through EDI and other methods.
Supervise team of 5
Business Analysis and technical leadership of the team
Coordination and prioritization of work within the team
Working with Veritiv business partners, stakeholders, and vendors in implementation of electronic partner integrations
Report on Team workload, interaction & performance to Team Manager
Maintain, Communicate & Drive Key performance metrics within teams to ensure & measure productivity
Maintain System Security & SOX compliance
Document and Communicate best practice processes within department functions
Coordinate Training, coaching & ongoing skill assessment for team members, including Performance Review Processes
Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience:
College degree required or equivalent work experience
5 years of business analysis experience
3-5 years of EDI experience
Previous Team Supervisory experience with proven training & coaching skills a plus.
Strong Communication & people management skills;
Process oriented and skilled at establishing system & Department work flows. Detail oriented.
Understanding of order processing, invoicing routines and procedures
Knowledge of JIRA a plus
SQL querying experience a plus
Experience working with a distributed team
Input into the department budget and will help to manage the budget their team contributes to
