Job Summary and Scope:
Under minimal supervision, provides a variety of staff support services to a department or group of professionals. Makes independent decisions within established guidelines regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of workload. The candidate must also be able to lead the team in the absence of the team lead or manager and make accurate decisions in a pressure situation.
Utilize various credit systems to help fraud prevention of Credit Card accounts.
Administer programs, projects and/or processes specific to the operating unit served.
Work on complex customer master situations and discover root problems and provide solutions.
Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
Create, amend and administer customer accounts on a daily basis.
Support the risk underwriting group through reference & tax certificate detail verification.
Exhibit multitasking abilities by working on several different duties within the department.
Support the supervisor on a lead basis with staff regionally and nationally when required.
Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience:
Bachelors Degree (Finance or related field)
5-7+ years experience
Proficient skills in excel and access is required, reporting skills are desired.
Must be a self-starter, results driven, and capable of working autonomously with limited supervision.
Meet deadlines by possessing strong time-management and organizational skills.
Positive and professional demeanor, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interact effectively with a variety of team members in various departments.
Previous team lead / people management experience that exhibits leadership skills.
