Position Description


Invoice administration

  • Properly code each invoice to the correct locations
  • Verify that all charges are accurate and classified correctly in the lease management system.
  • Oversee invoice approval/submission process.
  • Subject matter expert who ensures that payments align with contractual obligations and that late charges do not occur.
  • Maintain accurate data in databases related to fleet assets

Assist in fleet related tasks:

  • Asset disposition forms
  • Communicating and sending necessary documents, permits etc to the local Transportation managers.
  • Coordinate/schedule any fleet moves with divisions and/or 3rd party vendors.
  • Assist with communication and transferring titles and other documents when equipment is sold.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Detailed oriented with communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating The ability to multitask, and support change

  • Basic understanding of financial accounting and financial reporting concepts and principles, including Supply Chain operational expense buckets (variable/fixed warehouse, transportation, etc)
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, and simple formulas), Word, Access and PowerPoint.

Required Experience:

  • Experience in fleet operations with knowledge and understanding of  basic lease structures, invoice processing, and fleet equipment operations, .
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred – (Logistics  or related degree is a plus)
