Develop and negotiate contracts and service-level agreements (SLAs) for external IT disaster recovery service providers.
Assume operations leadership responsibility for IT infrastructure disaster recovery with a major focus on achieving all financial estimates, ensuring the adequacy of end-state production recovery environments, meeting all strategic planning deliverables, and coordinating the activities of technology resources with key business units and development groups, as required.
Perform infrastructure recovery capacity planning with key IT technology groups in support of specific business units' current, planned and new initiatives, with a major focus on proactively ensuring an adequate recovery network and processing environment, as well as accurate and predictive budgeting.
