Enters and maintains the customer order fulfillment system for more complex accounts.
Periodically receives direction and guidance from supervision and seasoned team members.
Monitors the order process to ensure that customer deliveries are made according to commitments and within forecast allocation.
Receives and books orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Responds to customer inquiries and requests trouble- shoots problems and recommends remedial actions.
May prepare reports documentation and routine customer correspondence internally and externally.
Participates in team environment and performs team- specific activities to ensure efficient account coverage.
Proactively builds order size through suggestive selling.
Is directly assigned to customers that have been denoted as key to the location.
Has the ability to source product within established procurement guidelines.
2-3 years Customer Service experience required
Associates/Bachelor degree required
System skills including but not limited to: Windows and Microsoft Office
