Job Summary and Scope:
All of PM I plus ability to manage, and own, multiple design projects concurrently. Generate and execute detailed project plans to track all project activity. Coordinate internal, and third party, resources for optimal execution of projects. Maintain a high level of organization and housekeeping. Insure all projects are delivered to planned completion dates. Report and escalate issues/concern to key stakeholders. Maintain professional appearance per corporate guidelines. Schedule resource allocation and leveling. Provide updates to all stakeholders associated to the project status, changes or schedule changes. Independently manage project workflow, information and documentation. Keeps projects organized and accurate. Executes up-front information gathering and back-end communication/distribution.
