All American Containers of Tampa (A Veritiv Company) is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team! As an Account Coordinator, you will support and partner with Outside Sales to serve our valued customers. In addition, you will work directly with our valued customers, suppliers, and various internal departments to ensure continued business growth and development.
The desired candidate is a detail minded individual that is personable, has a strong work ethic, and is often pleased but never satisfied! As an Account Coordinator, you will have daily contact with Sales to discuss new customer developments, research existing customer accounts, and manage customer orders. This includes sourcing, quoting, order entry, warehouse inventory maintenance and coordination of shipments based on customer requirements to ensure successful supply, shipment, and on-time delivery of all packaging products.

Desired Skills and Expertise
3+ years or more supporting sales and/or customer service processing sales orders.
4 year degree OR equivalent work experience.
Self-motivated, with a COMMITMENT TO SUCCEED.
Exceptional follow-up skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Works well independently and in a team with the ability to solve problems.
