Position Description
As a Data Analyst of Salesforce.com, you will develop and execute a roadmap of enhancements and new features that will focus on the quality, performance and accessibility of the data unique to SFDC as well as setup and maintain the data integrations between SFDC and other business support systems and applications.
You must possess a unique combination of strategic planning and development skills while also maintaining a tactical, results driven approach to sustain the day to day needs of the business. In addition, you should always strive to ensure a positive experience for the users to increase useability and adoption.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain all data within SFDC
- Develop and implement a Master Data Management plan including items such as data/format standardization, normalization, integrations, archiving and purging rules and processes
- Responsible for implementation and coordination with external teams of any outside system integration with SFDC
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain the highest standard of data quality
- Develop measurements and actively monitor the use and quality of the data within SFDC
- Create and maintain the SFDC Data roadmap to prioritize projects emphasizing focus on the business impact
- Coordinates with the Veritiv Data Governance team to ensure SFDC data standards are consistent with Veritiv standards
- Responsible for approving, prioritizing and completing data loads requested by various business units
- Seek new data technologies for continuous improvement
- Supports the reporting needs of the business by coordinating with the SFDC Administrators in the creation of new reports
Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience:
- 2+ year so SFDC Data analytics experience
- Advanced Salesforce.com Experience – Certified Administrator or higher preferred
- Familiarity with IT SDLC Processes
- Agile development experience a +
- Highly organized
